Ned has been a partner since 2012. He holds engineering and business degrees from Utah State and a J.D. from the University of Idaho. His practice is personal injury litigation in Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland, with wins at the Washington Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.

Candelaria was born in Sunnyside, graduated from Gonzaga University and Gonzaga Law, and spent more than a decade at Columbia Legal Services. She now handles personal injury cases across the Tri-Cities and serves on the board of the Legal Foundation of Washington.

Michael came from insurance-defense work in Portland before moving to the Tri-Cities in 2015 to represent injured people. He is licensed in Washington and Oregon and handles injury litigation in the Tri-Cities and nearby Oregon communities.

Samanta joined in 2010 and now manages the pre-litigation department as a bilingual personal injury paralegal. She earned degrees from Columbia Basin College and Heritage University.

Suzy, a Tri-Cities native, has been with the firm since 2014. She is fluent in Spanish and helps attorneys with pre-litigation case management.
